NOW THEREFORE, if the said bounden principals as such distributees shall collect and take into their possession the personal property of the decedent and shall pay to the persons entitled thereto all debts and obligations of decedent, all inheritance taxes due on the property transfers involved, and the expenses of the funeral and burial of the decedent and shall comply with any and all orders, judgments and decrees made by the said Probate Division hereafter in relation to estate of decedent; and if the said bounden distributees shall, under and by virtue of said affidavit and the above-mentioned provision of the law and by the authority thereunder vested in them, take into their possession any property to which they are not justly entitled as such distributees, they will deliver the said property to the person or persons justly thereto entitled under the law, then in such event this bond shall be null, void and of no effect otherwise in full force and effect in accordance with the law.
