IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI - PROBATE DIVISION AT IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE NUMBER , Minor. PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AND FOR NO FURTHER PROCESS (Restricted Assets or Sec. 208.180, RSMO) Comes now the conservator of the estate of the above named minor and states that settlement has been filedwhich shows that the minor has no interest in any real property and that: * The value of the assets of the estate of the minor does not exceed the value prescribed by Chapter 208, RSMO for welfare eligibility and the minor receives disability or dependency benefits from the federal government or the State of Missouri. * The value of the assets of the minors estate does not exceed the value prescribed by Chapter 208, RSMO but the minor is ineligible for public assistance and that all income of the minor is needed for the support and maintenance of the minor. * The assets of the estate have been deposited in restricted custody to be withdrawn only on order of the court and that none of the assets are needed for the support, maintenance or education of said minor. WHEREFORE, petitioner prays for an order approving said settlement, for waiver of costs, for waiver orreduction of petitioners bond and for an order of no further process and for such other relief as to the court seemsproper. The undersigned swears that the matters set forth above are true and correct to the best knowledge and beliefof the undersigned subject to the penalties of making a false affidavit or declaration.
